Traveller register and reporting to authorities
To formalise a stay we may request the legally required data of travellers and, where applicable, report it to the competent authorities in accordance with applicable accommodation and public-security regulations. This data may include identifying data, identity document, nationality, date of birth, relationship with minors, contact details, booking data and transaction data.
The exact information requested will depend on the regulations in force and on the data needed to manage the stay.
Bookings through external platforms
If you book through external platforms such as Booking.com, those platforms may pass on to us the data needed to manage your booking. Any prior processing carried out by the platform is governed by its own privacy policy.
Data recipients
Where appropriate, your data may be shared with public authorities, law-enforcement bodies, banks or payment gateways, tax or accounting advisers, technology providers, web hosting, email services, booking-management tools and tourism intermediation platforms. Some providers may act as processors and others as independent controllers, depending on the service provided.
